Giving up and letting go are two different things.

I’m letting go with love. She doesn’t want me anymore as a boyfriend, and I respect her wishes.

And if it’s true love, it’ll happen again in the future. 

You can’t force someone to love you.

I still love her yes. But I began making her unhappy and she had every right to leave. I once told her that if I ever made you unhappy, then you should leave me. And so she did. I don’t blame her. 

What is true love? What is genuine love? Sure I believe what we had was genuine. But was it really? Maybe I was just in denial.

Things change, life happens. There’s a long way to go, and life isn’t over. Carry on, and let life take it’s due course.
